The approach I take in sessions is entirely bespoke to you, your goals and your existing fitness levels. 

 

I use a combination of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Strength Training and Mobility Techniques for a comprehensive, functional approach to both challenge and empower you.

Sessions will be planned to challenge you whilst always ensuring 

you enjoy them and working 
towards sustainable outcomes
for the long term.

We'll explore your relationship
with food and drink to see if any changes can be made to help you achieve your goals.

We look always to add positively to your existing lifestyle to find a balance that is sustainable. I'll never tell you to ban anything, I have an anti diet approach as it can lead to unhealthy relationships with food and yourself.

We start with an informal chat to say Hi, and to assess where you're at currently. I'll ask you things like what your goals are,  your current lifestyle including stress levels sleep patterns, habits/routines and any physical or mental restrictions you might be working with
 This is a great chance to ask any questions you might have about personal training, how I work and who I am. 
 
We then book in a first session to see where you're at and where we can take things further or scale things back depending on how you find things.
 
After this session I'll ask for your feedback. It's a great way for me to gauge how to adapt sessions for the longer term to help you reach your goals. It's also a chance for you to be really honest - did anything not feel right for you? Or perhaps you felt you could be pushed harder?
Don't be shy with your feedback! That's how together our sessions become a team effort to help you reach your goals. Plus I'll know when you can really work a little harder :-)
