Challenge Entail? 

 4 x Stirling Steps Light classes per week

OR 4 x your own training sessions, eg swimming, gym workouts, running, longer walks or some of my Free YouTube classes, which obvs I recommend!

 

Writing 4 x notes of gratitude each week - I recommend doing before or after your classes/training sessions. Pop them into your jar/tuppaware

 

4 x moments of mirror work per week. Again I recommend doing around your classes. See yourself, celebrate yourself, you are amazing! 

 

Journalling 4 x per week- again before or after classes. How do you feel? What is coming up for you? What do you hope to get from your day? What/who is driving you round the bend? Get the inside out! This is private so explore to your hearts content

 

10,000 steps per day

 

 7-9 hours sleep per night

 

 2-3 litres of water per day. Herbal teas also count towards this!
